Our sports specific program is designed for any and all sports. We developed a unique sports training program that focuses on speed, agility, strength, and endurance—specifically tailored to the sport or position in which the athlete plays. Our sports program gives our athletes the tools they need to improve mental focus as well as their overall sports performance. Whether your child plays volleyball or football, our goal is not only to improve sports specific performance but also to improve position specifics as well. We put athletes in a variety of positions to get as close to game movement simulation as possible.

SPECIFIC
The G*Fit Speed Training Program is designed to help young athletes achieve the physical goals they have set for themselves. Our program ranges from basic to advanced speed training. You will immediately see improvement in your running mechanics, change of directions, accelerations, agility, and—most importantly—speed. Specific drills will be used to develop the athlete's various muscle groups and to improve the athlete's overall athletic ability.
Ultimately, we will take you to the next level and improve your game on the field, court, and diamond. We create programs that are specifically tailored to the player's strengths and weaknesses. When you've trained with G*Fit, your speed will significantly improve as well as your overall performance.

G*Fit is a mobile company and can travel to any city in any state. Whether the sport is basketball, football, soccer, baseball, track, or volleyball, we come to you, and we teach teamwork and sportsmanship. Our training system is designed to train your team instinctively to move as a group in one accord. Our tactics challenge your team to rely on one another and to encourage one another. We know intensity is crucial when it comes to being a championship team, and we believe intensity can be obtained with the specialized training that G*Fit offers.

The G*Fit Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to take young atheletes to the next level. We have developed a unique program focused on teaching proper lifting techniques while improving strength, explosion, power, and injury prevention.

Athletes will be exposed to Olympic Lifting, which will have a positive impact on power, speed, acceleration, and overall functional movement. Our strength specialists are qualified and accomplished in the latest techniques and programs for the advancement of athletes. Each workout will begin with a dynamic warm up and static stretching techniques and will cover upper and lower extremity strength training.
